The Villa Santa Cruz Board of Directors recognizes that not all Shareholder have access to a computer or other means of electronic communications. An extra effort will be made to provide these Shareholders with important information in a timely manner. This will be done by providing extra information on the Shareholders clip and/or through phone calls from the Block Leaders.
*The Board acknowledges that the private Nextdoor Villa Santa Cruz Homeowners Group is a neighbor to neighbor communications medium outside the jurisdiction of the Board. We wish to thank Sherri Mertle for creating this important communications tool for our Shareholders. We only include this tool in this list to provide guidance to our Shareholders about where to find and how to share information. We do ask that you follow the guidelines established by Sherri when you post to this group.
